1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and bd999 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment and digital services platforms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to bd999's internal dispute resolution team for good-faith resolution.

Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal review may escalate their complaint in writing to [email protected]. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. bd999 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
